Crossnore Jams are held at the "Miracle Grounds Coffee Shop" in the center of town throughout the summer.
The community and the Crossnore School partner to provide lively Jam Sessions that are free and open to all.
Bring a musical instrument or just come to listen and enjoy the evening with Jesse and friends.

The Fourth of July is Crossnore’s biggest event. Sponsored by the Volunteer Fire Department, it begins with a Parade at 4:00. Hamburgers and hot dogs are for sell by the Fire Department. There is free watermelon for everyone and other goodies are sold for fundraising by the local churches, boy scouts and community groups. Children enjoy games in inflatable play places and an old fashion frog-jumping contest. Live music fills the air and finishes with a street dance at 7:00. At nightfall the firemen put on a fireworks display equal to any other in the area. Experience a BIG EVENT in a SMALL TOWN.
The Crossnore School presents the annual outdoor drama Miracle on the Mountain, about the life of Dr. Mary Martin Sloop and the foundation of the Crossnore School in their Amphitheater.
The annual Crossnore High School Alumni Reunion is the 3rd weekend in July.
The Christmas Bonfire is held in the community center the 3rd Friday of December, celebrating the season with carols around the fire, hot cider and warm Christmas spirit.
